this project utilises a series of terraced platforms to engage interior living spaces with exterior gardens – the terraces moderate the site slope and define program zones. courtyards and breezeways puncture the linear plan allowing light and breezes to enter the interiors. long concrete beams “collect” exterior and interior spaces and organise an otherwise lengthy plan layout
